Dear Residents,

As you may have noticed the Entrances to Richland Park/Oaks are completed. The construction firm (Ratcliff Construction) is working to complete the Park Bend Entrance and screening wall, as well as, the Entrances leading from Audelia.

This project has come a long ways from it original inception. I hope everyone is pleased.

Refurbishing our existing screening walls along Walnut and Audelia
