Welcome to the official website for the Richland Homeowners Association (RHA). The RHA is for residents of the Richland Park and Richland Oaks neighborhoods.

Our neighborhood is located in Southeast Richardson in the Richardson Independent School District and is an easy drive to all areas of the metroplex. We have convenient access to both Central Expressway (U.S. 75) and LBJ Freeway (I635). Our streets are well kept and lined with mature trees.

The neighborhood also has a park, Richland Park, that is within easy walking distance from all homes. There is an award winning elementary school, Richland Elementary, adjacent to the park.

We maintain an active Crime Watch Patrol staffed by volunteers from the neighborhood. The patrol drives the neighborhood during most hours keeping an eye out for suspicious activity. The Crime Watch Patrol has served to keep crime in our neighborhood at a minimum, and crime is down over last year.

The Crime Watch Patrol was presented an award for exemplary service by the Richardson Police Department at our most recent RHA meeting.
